ILLNESS:
If
your child has a fever over 101,is vomiting, or has severe diarrhea, you will
need to find alternative care for your child. If your child displays these
symptoms at the center, we will notify you so arrangements can be made for
alternative care until your child is healthy.
If
your child has been diagnosed with a contagious disease such as strep throat,
chicken pox, etc; contact us so that we may notify other parents.
MEDICATION:
If
your child needs medication during the day, you must fill out a daily
medication permission slip. Please clearly mark the bottle with the child's
name and dosage. Prescription drugs must be sent in the original prescription
container.

free community-based health center for youth is located at the East site.
Families are allowed and encouraged to use this community resource for illness
and well-child check ups.
